In order to provide a higher level of attention and care, we have chosen not to contract
with insurance providers. However, we will furnish you with a properly coded invoice
(CMS 1500 form) that you can submit to your insurance provider for reimbursement. On
average, insurance companies typically refund 60% or better for Well Woman Exams.
Those with Health Savings Accounts will be able to apply 100% of the exam cost.
